On July 20th, Emperor League Heavy Industry organized apprenticeship welders to receive professional knowledge and practical training, with a total of 26 employees participating in the training.
In the practical training, 26 trainees conducted practical training in the workshop under the guidance of their mentors. The mentors carefully explained theoretical knowledge, had senior employees demonstrate operations, and taught apprentices hands-on methods to operate. They taught apprentices various operational details of welding machines, such as wearing masks, clamping welding rods, changing the swing amplitude of welding guns according to actual situations, and explained the principle and usage process of welding robots.
Subsequently, the training class conducted theoretical training and learning in the conference room on the second floor. The mentor provided detailed and targeted explanations on welding current, welding speed, welding voltage, etc. The students listened attentively and took good notes. Based on practical cases, educate everyone on how to take preventive measures and operate correctly while ensuring safety.
