In 2022, due to the impact of the epidemic prevention and control situation, the operating rate in most regions of China is low, leading to a sustained downturn in the construction machinery industry. As the temperature drops, the truly cold winter seems to have quietly arrived.

Starting from September 2022, DSM Heavy Industries has reached strategic cooperation and signed OEM orders with multiple host manufacturers both domestically and internationally. The products are sold to Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, the Philippines, as well as Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and African countries and regions. Currently, the production department of DSM Heavy Industries is reversing the schedule and ensuring order delivery at full capacity. The models include HT20 mini excavators, HT75W, HT85W, HT145W, HT155W, HT215W fully hydraulic wheel excavators, as well as HT70, HT90, HT150, and HT230 crawler excavators.
Entering the welding workshop, I saw the busy figures of my family. Due to the recent increase in orders, in order to meet production needs, workshop workers have worked overtime. Even after 9 pm, the lights are still bright and the machines are noisy. From cutting, to welding, to machining, and finally to final assembly, they are full of energy and busy in an orderly manner. In the face of pressure and difficulties, we always bear in mind the slogan of the founding people's hard work and struggle, set our goals without slackening, take measures against difficulties and obstacles, actively explore and forge ahead, and demonstrate a strong fighting spirit to strive for progress.
To fully ensure the smooth delivery of export and pre-sale orders before the Spring Festival, Di Meng Heavy Industry held a "45 day sprint" incentive activity with the theme of "improving quality, increasing efficiency, and generating revenue" at the assembly workshop on December 5th. General Manager Wang Rongliang, Deputy General Manager Jiang Min and other leaders, as well as workshop staff, attended. The company has established a dedicated leadership group to implement the sprint task activity plan and production scheduling plan, clarify the responsibilities of each department, formulate employee incentive policies, and ensure that orders can be delivered on schedule. Everyone is united, morale is high, and full of confidence, they are immersed in the busy, orderly, and bustling work.
